Manager, Admin & Compliance, Migration Programme

JOB PURPOSE
Ensuring the smooth implementation of the Migration Programme activities by providing direct support in financial, administrative, audit, compliance and procurement-related tasks for the entire Programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Admin and Compliance Manager will be in charge for the coordination of District Reintegration Service Centre based field related activities. Will also monitor/supervise the progress and provide the required technical support.
- The incumbent will coordinate for the financial issues of projects under Migration Programme.
- Maintain logistics, look after the compliance and procurement related issues of the respective project under Migration Programme.
- Support relevant field level operational tasks, programme audit and compliance of Migration Programme.
- Ensuring all the reporting & documentations for the Migration Programme.
- Support Managers for programme operation and office management.
- Assisting in Migration programme’s HR related activities in collaboration with the HR team.
- Responsible for the event management of Migration Programme.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sound knowledge on Migration, Labor trafficking & Returnee and re-integration issues.
- Experience in finance and accounts or field operational workers will get preference.
- Proficient in reporting and documentation.
