1. Passport: Applicant

Registered Company/Organization: An original copy of an
invitation letter from the Romanian host or invitee. Its letterhead pad states
the purpose of travel, duration of stay, and other necessary details.
7. Invitation Approval: An
approval document that is approved by the Romanian Ministry of Affairs
inspectorate general for immigration needs to submit.
8. Forwarding Letter from
employer: A letter from the employer on the organization’s
letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number,
applicant purpose and assigned roles during the visit, duration of the visit,
contact details, and other necessary details.
9. NOC/LOI: The
applicant needs to submit a letter of the organization’s letterhead pad. The
letter contains the applicant’s contact details. Stating that a leave of
absence has been granted. The letter also includes the purpose and duration of
the trip and that the applicant will be returning to his/her current job as per
schedule.
10. Employment Letter
Certificate: If the applicant is invited by a personal business
invitation then an employment letter certificate from the invitee or company
authority needs to submit.
11. Personal Bank Statements: The
applicant must submit his/her personal bank statement for the last six months.
He/She also needs to mention the Bank’s name and telephone number with an
authorized bank stamp and signature.
12. Sponsor’s Bank Statements: A
copy of bank statements from the sponsoring party (invitee/Employer company/any
other person) for the last 6 months mentions the Bank’s name and telephone
number clearly with the authorized bank stamp and signature.
13. Travel Health Insurance: Travel
Health Insurance covers the full length of an applicant’s intended visit. The
insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s.
